Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (d-Texas) introduced a bill on 1/04/2021 H.R 127 called the Sabika Sheikh Firearm Licensing and Registration Act.
This bill would effectively change the right to own a firearm into a privilege. The bill would create a national database that is supposed to include every gun in the United States. Further it would make it a felony to own a firearm or ammunition without a license from the U.S. Justice Department. It would also ban magazines that hold more than 10 rounds, ammunition of 50 caliber or greater, and ban the possession of a “military style weapon”. Violating the bill would be punishable by heavy fines, and long minimum prison sentences.
Registration requirements cover weapons currently own and any weapon purchased after the bill is passed.
The bill would give current owners three months to identify themselves, and their weapons. Failure to comply would be punishable by a $75,000 fine and a minimum prison sentence of 15 years.
Here is how you get license, hold on to your hat. First you pay an $800 “fee”. Then a person would be examined by a psychologist who would examine the gun owner and everyone in their household to determine if they are unsuitable to possess a firearm.
So I as a gun owner must pay a fee and have some left leaning psychologist put me and my family on the couch to SUBJECTIVELY determine if I am capable of own a firearm. If you apply and do not pass, you no longer can possess a firearm, and it would be a felony to EVER possess a firearm. And guess what you need go through this every year.
First of all it is my constitutional right to own and maintain a firearm. I have gone through a back ground check when I bought a firearm, and a deeper back ground check when I got my permit to carry a concealed weapon.
This bill would give a psychologist the right to be the judge and jury on my ability to own a weapon. I have no knowledge of that persons background or credentials other than some second rate school gave out a diploma.
I have to pay the government $800 a year and go through this process every year.
This is left wing stupidity. If we do this for firearms, how about we do it for a license to drive a car, after all it to is a weapon.
And does anyone in their right mind really think that a criminal is going to go through this, or a gang member, no I doubt it, they will have their weapons.

Joe spent time in his inaugural address calling for Unity, for the right and the left to come to center and work together.
In his first fifteen days he and his administration, the house, the senate, the media, big corporations, and big tech have made it clear what this means. These entities are all working together, with one goal in mind, that is to fundamentally change our way of life. From a country where freedom of speech, freedom of lawful activity, freedom to stand as a sovereign county are all now almost things of the past.
You either join the swamp or your a target for the cancel movement, get your social media accounts closed, are not allowed to hear news that does not fit the daily talking points, or be able to trade with companies that are on the liberal line.
The laughable thing is that they stand there and tell us they are working in a bipartisan fashion when they are not. Chuck Schumer said after the senate past a budget resolution for $1.9 billion. On a vote of 51 to 50 vote, Chuck said “this was a bipartisan activity”.

Joe opened the southern border. Started catch and release again. Stopped building the wall, dead stop, leaving parts of the boarder with no fencing. Stopped people trying to claim asylum from having to sit in Mexico waiting their hearings. He is increasing the number of refugees the U.S. brings in each year from 15,000 to 125,000. And he is just getting started, for what ever good that does, illegals will just keep walking across the boarder in what ever number two feet will carry.
Killing our energy independence:
Day one Joe killed the Keystone Pipe line, and throwing sixty thousand people out of work. Joe stopped leases on federal land for drilling and exploration. The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, has hired a firm that is anti ocean drilling rights to manage off shore drilling rights.
Joe has signed up for the green new deal, which will wreck the US economy. He will kill the fossil fuel industry. Joe will kill hundreds of thousands jobs. John Kerry is quick to tell you that there are thousands of jobs in the green energy industry, well there not there yet. Remember all those shovel ready jobs promised in the Obama years.
So we will start buying oil off shore, and start protecting our oil sources again.
Oh, least I forget, Kerry is a demonstration of one of the characteristics of this bunch of liberals. He is so against carbon creation, that he flys his own fossil fuel gussying Jet, rather than take a commercial flight. One set of rules for us, then they live in luxury and do as they want. We aren’t supposed to eat at restaurants they do. We were not suppose to get together with family for Thanksgiving and Christmas they did.
We are rooting out extremist
Who has defined what an extremist is? I have seen no definition no matter how hard I have looked.

We have the Bank Of America going through there records of every customer looking for anything that occurred on Jan 5,6, and 7th in or within 200 miles of DC and turning those records over to federal law enforcement.
Killing Space exploration:

Rushing Vaccine Production:
It seems Joe’s magic wand is a little rusty. He waved it to give us more vaccine, and nothing happened. The bottleneck is at the production end. Both Moderna and Pfizer are working to expand production, but given the complicated process that does not happen over night. Then there is the other end, people, locations and supply. At the state level it appears that no one thought through the task of vaccinating 326 million people.
Joe promised a million shots a day, at the time our average was 860,000 with some days reaching 1.3 million. Oops. Joe then came out with 1.5 million a day, big deal.
Passes another $1.9 trillion in Covid relief.
Instead of putting the relief bill on the senate floor for a normal vote procedure, with the filibuster in play. The Democrats pulled it into a budget resolution bill. That means it only takes a majority vote to pass. It did 51 50 vote. With Kamala being the 1 of 51. Then have the balls to call it bipartisan activity

$350 billion in state and local government aid
$170 billion for K-12 schools and institutions of higher education
$50 billion toward Covid-19 testing
$20 billion toward a national vaccine program in partnership with states, localities and tribes
Making the Child Tax Credit fully refundable for the year and increasing the credit to $3,000 per child ($3,600 for a child under age 6)
Parts of this is just dumb:
Increasing the federal minimum wage to $15 per hour, all this will do is raise prices for all of us, it is just another form of wealth distribution. We all get to pay for those who will not educate themselves or learn a good paying trade. Keep on flipping those burgers.
$350 billion in state and local government aid. This money will go to places like New York, and California. States that have no fiscal responsibility. So all the people in states that are managed well, get to spend their dollars to bail those states who do not care about balanced budgets.
$170 billion for K-12 schools and institutions of higher education. In January there was $62 billion of money set aside for state education department in prior bills, it was still waiting to be spent.
The liberal teachers unions do not have a clue what it takes to open schools safely. The teacher unions are only interested in teachers jumping the line for vaccination. It has become more and more evident that teachers unions have not interest in children only the money they represent. Oh and by the way guess who were the biggest donors to uncle Joe’s campaign.
We are watching large tech companies, and other large corporations announce that they will not donate to politicians who do not support this craziness. Just go read the Big Reset.

Hunter Biden has a book Deal with Simon and Schuster, reportedly in the “high six figures”. It is supposed to be a memoir, the tale of Hunter Biden’s experience with drug addition.
This is nothing more than an attempt to distract the American people from the real Hunter Biden story and for that matter the Biden crime family story.
On September 23, 2020 The Senate released their report on the conflicts of interest created by Joe and Hunter Biden.

In early 2015 former Deputy Chief of Mission at the U.S. Embassy in Kyiv, Ukraine, George Kent raised concerns to officials in Vice President Joe Biden’s office about the perception of a conflict of interest with respect to Hunter Biden’s role on Burisma’s board. Kent’s concerns went unaddressed and in September 2016, he emphasized in an email to his colleagues, “Furthermore, the presence of Hunter Biden on the Burisma board was very awkward for all U.S. officials pushing an anticorruption agenda in Ukraine.”
In October 2015, senior State Department official Amos Hochstein raised concerns with Vice President Biden, as well as with Hunter Biden, that Hunter Biden’s position on Burisma’s board enabled Russian disinformation efforts and risked undermining U.S. policy in Ukraine.
Hunter Biden was serving on Burisma’s board (supposedly consulting on corporate governance and transparency) when Burisma owner Mykola Zlochevsky allegedly paid a $7 million bribe to officials serving under Ukraine’s prosecutor general, Vitaly Yarema, to “shut the case against Zlochevsky.” George Kent testified that this bribe occurred in December 2014 (seven months after Hunter Biden joined Burisma’s board), and, after learning about it, he and the resident legal adviser reported this allegation to the FBI.
In addition to the over four million dollars paid by Burisma to Hunter Biden and his business partner, Devon Archer, for membership on the board, Hunter, his family, and Archer received millions of dollars from foreign nationals with questionable backgrounds.
Devon Archer received $142,300 from Kenges Rakishev of Kazakhstan, purportedly for a car, the same day Vice President Joe Biden appeared with Ukrainian Prime Minister Arsemy Yasenyukand addressed Ukrainian legislators in Kyiv regarding Russia’s actions in Crimea.
Hunter Biden received a $3.5 million wire transfer from Elena Baturina. Ms. Baturina is the wife (widow) of the former mayor of Moscow.
Hunter Biden had business associations with Ye Jianming, Gongwen Dong, and other Chinese nationals linked to the Communist government and People’s Liberation Army. Those associations resulted in millions of dollars in questionable transactions.
Hunter Biden opened a bank account with Gongwen Dong that financed a $100,000 global spending spree with James Biden and Sara Biden.
Hunter Biden also moved millions of dollars from his law firm to James Biden’s and Sara Biden’s firm. Upon being questioned about the transaction, Sara Biden refused to provide supporting documentation and information to more clearly explain the activity. The bank subsequently closed the account.
Hunter Biden paid nonresident women who were nationals of Russia or other Eastern European countries and who appear to be linked to an “Eastern European prostitution or human trafficking ring.”
I read and article today about how every state in the union is having technical glitches with trying to distribute vaccine. Systems crashing, people not trained, using software not intended to be used for scheduling vaccination appointments, no software at all, etc
In September before congress, Former Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Director Robert Redfield cited “years of under investment” congress was to busy. After all it had an election to focus on, couldn’t let the mean old buggy man win again. Besides that there was not a prayer that a vaccine would be ready by December, it would take mighty Joe to get that one done. So they waited until December to do something, after people were already being vaccinated.
Did anyone at the state level wonder what they would do to vaccinate everyone in their state? In Florida we have 22.7 million people. In Pasco county we have 583.6 thousand people. Did any one at the state level or the county level ask themselves how we going get a needle into that many people.
In December the county tried to use a ticketing website to schedule appointments. I tried that five times, they would open a day, morning and afternoon. I was hitting the bottom on the second after it opened, and only once did I get in the que, only to be told all appointment full about five seconds later. Screw that. Now mind you they were scheduling 500 shots a day, in one location, now that is a small bite of a big pie. Oh and by the way the health department was closed for three day for Christmas, and two for New Years, Oh my god we got to get these people vaccinated!
Next apparently the state started to step in with new vaccination sites and a different scheduling system. This system was interesting. You choose a vaccination site, go through three pages of questions, before they would tell you sorry no appointments are available. Did that about five times, then screw you.
Two days ago a new site, maybe we are making progress. You put all you information in, and theoretically they contact you when an appointment is available. We will see?????

Former FBI attorney Kevin Clinesmith received a sentence of 12 months probation and 400 hours of community Service.
Clinesmith admitted that in June 2017 he sent an altered email to an FBI agent that indicated a target of court-ordered FBI surveillance, former Trump campaign adviser Carter Page, was “not a source” for the Central Intelligence Agency. The FBI had queried the CIA ask if Page was a source, and the CIA responded that Page “is a source”.
Using the altered email the FBI got a FISA court (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act) order to spy on Carter page. No charges were ever brought against Carter Page.
In 1974 a Congressional hearing lead by Sen. Frank Church (D-Idaho). His committee examined the actions of the FBI, CIA, NSA and other agencies between World War II and the 1970s.
What they learned was that the government had been conducting Warrantless Surveillance of American’s international Telegrams and had opened traditional mail sent between the U.S. and communist countries. That the CIA and FBI both spied on and harassed domestic civil rights and antiwar protesters. This led Congress to enact FISA in 1978 and Jimmy Carter to sign it into law.
FISA marked a departure with our history, under which only the president, as commander in chief, was understood to have the power to surveil American citizens without warrants to gather foreign intelligence to protect the nation.
FISA set up a process where by the FBI could present evidence that someone was interacting with a foreign county in what they believed was posing a security risk. A FISA court would weight the evidence and either grant the request to start surveillance or reject it.
The FISA court would weight a case against The Fourth Amendment guarantees “the right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures.”
So Clinesmith effectively lied to a court of law, and changed a legal document to demolish a right that Page was guaranteed by the Fourth Amendment.
For that Clinesmith get a slap on the wrist. That is pure bulls**t.
I once believed the FBI was the greatest law enforcement agency in the world. And today I still believe in the rank and file agents, they are fine people who do a great service to our country. However, the leadership needs to be chopped off. And FISA needs to be withdrawn

Sometime last year I ran into something called the “Great Reset”. When I first ran into it I thought is was just another conspiracy theory that was so far out that I just kind of forgot about it. Then this week doing research on the energy activities of the new administration I found it again, and this time it seems a bit more real.
In 2010 The Great Reset was the title of a book published by Richard Florida, an urban studies researcher at the University of Toronto. Florida wrote the book in the aftermath of the 2008 global crash. Summarized it was about how the post crash economy will change the way we live and work.
Now using the Covid-19 pandemic and the lock downs it has caused, the economic crash, the social unrest as justification for something much more radical. The World Economic Form will use the pandemic as an opportunity to launch something much bigger than the Green New Deal.
In June of 2020, the World Economic Forum and the United Nations launched a campaign to “reset” the global economy. dubbed the “Great Reset”. It evolves increasing the power of government through expansive new social programs like the Green New Deal and using regulatory power and government programs to force corporations into supporting left wing causes. The plan would basically remake American society.
If you listen to the marketing pitch for the reset, it sounds like a pitch to a 15 year old, never a word about what it really entails. If you dig a little it is socialism. It openly talks about doing away with capitalism. You can put lipstick on a pig but it is still a pig.
From an article written in The Hill by Justin Haskins, which quoted John Kerry at a panel discussion about the Great Reset hosted by the World Economic Forum in mid-November, where he was the special presidential envoy for climate. Kerry declared that the Biden administration will support the Great Reset and that it “will happen with greater speed and with greater intensity than a lot of people might imagine. In effect, the citizens of the United States have just done a Great Reset, We’ve done a Great Reset. And it was a record level of voting” Kerry went on to say “I know Joe Biden believes it’s not enough to just rejoin the Paris [climate accords] for the United States. It’s not enough for us to just do the minimum of what Paris requires.” “ We’re at the dawn of an extremely exciting time, the greatest opportunity we have, dealing with the climate crisis.”
We know that Joe has bought into the Green New Deal, that single initiative will fundamentally transform the United States putting it into bankruptcy and bring about government control of our lives at a very basic level.
I hope that I have laid out enough information to make you the reader interested enough to do some digging research. Write you Congressman or woman, you Senator. Don’t quietly sit by and watch your children’s/grandchildren’s opportunity for a free life be taken from them.
Lets take a look at a little history, un – rewritten history that is. History is always a good indicator of what will happen in the future.
In the table above are items and their average prices in 1970, along with the average annual income in 1970. Next to 1970 numbers are the same items with their average price in 2013 along with the average yearly income. (2013 being the latest year I could find from government source.) In the last column is the percent of increase between 1970 and 2013.
Note that while the average annual income increased by 371.50%. All the prices of items increased by more than double the percentage of increase in annual income with the exception of a pound of hamburger. There are more than one reason for the increases in the cost of items in the list, inflation being one, increased taxes, but also a major component driving the increase is the cost of labor. Everything we buy has its price set with a refection of the cost of labor required to manufacture, bring to market, and sell the item.
So the question would be did the raise in annual income give the average person any more buying power?
Lets take another example.
Above is the cost of an average fast food standard burger. With its cost in 1970 and 2013. Its increase in cost increased over a thousand percent in 43 years. The minimum hourly wage increased from $1.00 to $7.79 an increase of 679%. However, here again we see an almost double percent of increase in cost of a burger as compared to the increase in hourly wages percentage. So again we ask, did the person flipping those burgers really get an increase in buying power?
Now everyone is screaming for a living wage with an hourly minimum increase to $15.00 and Joe is going to give it to them. Is it really going to give them a living wage for very long? Almost certainly the price we all pay for items will reflect the increase in labor content cost to manufacture, bring to market, and sell an item.
I have seen the argument that the cost of labor will not be added to the price of item because competition will force the supply chain to eat the cost increase. That is not the way it works, labor cost has always been a component of price and always will be.
The potential down sides to raising the hourly minimum wage are: First, I will give retailers incentive to buy goods off shore, lower labor cost, less cost to manufacture. Thus reducing manufacturing jobs in the U.S. Second, some employers will reduce the number of employees to off set the increase in total labor cost. Both of these have a negative affect of the number of available jobs. Couple this with the fact that the cost of living will increase over a short time and off set the increase in earnings makes it hard to see the benefit of raising the minimum wage.
If you want a living wage, go back to school or learn a trade, something that prepares a person to earn a living wage.
So on day one Mr. Biden said that he would re-engage with the World Health Organization. The Biden Camp will “work with the WHO and our partners to strengthen and reform the organization, support the Covid-19 health and humanitarian response, and advance global health and security.
The WHO is a colossal failure. Filled with bureaucratic bull shit. Politically driven, by whom ever it feels funds them the best.
After a meeting in China on January 22, 2020 Director General Tedros Adhanom said he was reluctant to declare a“public health emergency of international concern’’. After the visit though, WHO said in a statement that it appreciated “especially the commitment from top leadership, and the transparency they have demonstrated.” Then on January 30, 2020 WHO declared a public emergency of international concern. This is while China was reporting only a few new cases a day. On March 11, 2020 WHO declared a pandemic. Problem being that covid-19 had spread globally weeks before.
The WHO was happy help China deceive the world as it exported active covid cases to the rest of the world. Like the rest of the UN they are corrupt.
We would be far better to rely on our bumbling bureaucratic CDC even if it is infected with far left bureaucrats. It would cost less on dollars and lives.
Here is the kicker, Biden said that Anthony Fauci would lead the Biden Delegation at the WHO Executive Board meet this week. Fauci, the lead bumbling bureaucratic idiot. We already know he will play games with us, as evidence by him telling us not to wear masks because they would not protect us. Regardless of the reason, it was not true.

Biden warned on Friday that as the outbreak continues, “there’s nothing we can do to change the trajectory of the pandemic in the next several months.” The president has repeatedly warned that the situation is likely to worsen before it improves.
Wait a minute if that is true why do we have states that are locked down, why are businesses forcefully closed. I thought that would stop the spread of the virus?
At this moment we have 24,985,689 people who have had covid infections. We have 417,339 deaths caused by covid, supposedly. Of course no one whats to tell us that between 97% and 99.5% recover. California has the highest number of cases at 3,142,040, but wait, that state is in total lock down, that is supposed to stop the spread right?
On November 1, 2020 I wrote a piece and posted it on face book trying to explain that we were in a pandemic and nothing would stop it save a vaccine or natural heard immunity. I got some push back from people telling me that this was all Trumps fault and that Biden had all the answers, he would fix it.
Biden in October and November, said that Trump had dropped the ball and he had a plan to tame the virus.
So all the soccer moms and suburban house wife’s who have been blaming Trump for the virus spread in the US, dutifully supported Joe.
On day one Joe comes out with a plan he is going to boost production of the vaccine, and will vaccinate 100,000 people a day for a 100 days. To bad no one told him in that week, we had averaged 816,000 vaccinations a day with one day exceeding 1.3 million vaccinations. States are getting much better at meeting the challenge of vaccine distribution. Earth to Joe Earth to Joe.
This is a pandemic, a pandemic is occurs when a communicable disease comes along that no human body has ever seen. In this case a virus, which is transmittable in the air. Because no human immune system has ever had to successfully fight it off, EVERYONE worldwide is open to becoming ill from it. No one nor any thing can control its spread. That is until a vaccine is created, heard immunity is reached, or the virus mutates itself away.
Remember it was Trump who used Warp Speed to give us a vaccine in less than 12 months. Now we have a vaccine. Trouble is that not everyone is willing to take it. Some 30% of US citizens say they will not take the vaccine. Than means that 30% of the population will continue to spread it.
So to all you soccer moms and suburban house wife’s, you can mark this one up to uncle Joe’s first major failure. Don’t despair there will be more to come.

Apparently Joe did think that was enough. At a time when our economy is struggling and jobs are at a premium this sounds like a pretty good offer. Day one boom.
Since 2000 the US has lead the world in energy related emissions reductions. Both Russia and China have no commitment to reduce energy emissions for years to come, according to their Paris Climate Accord agreements, they are free to continue to use coal and oil in there economy. Russia has started a massive oil exploration project in the arctic. Russia plans to use oil resources to enrich their economy for decades.
Killing the pipeline will not keep fossil fuels in the ground. It will tie up billions of dollars of Canadian investment and kill 11 thousand high paying American jobs. It will do this while it slaps Canada in the face and enriches Russia.
For the first time in decades we are energy independent. We are not dependent on the middle east for energy, hence we have not need to protect any country in that space. Joe is going to reverse this and if he keeps going we will be back where we were, have to defend our source of energy. It is going to take time to develop and make renewable energy affordable. Until then we need oil and natural gas to fuel our economy.
In the October debates when Biden was asked “Would you close down the oil industry?” He replied “Yes. I would transition, “Because the oil industry pollutes, significantly, because it has to be replaced by renewable energy. Further he said the transition would occur “over time, over time. And I would stop giving to the oil industry, I’d stop giving the federal subsidies”. As he was leaving the airport Biden said “we’re not going to get rid of fossil fuels, we’re going to get rid of subsidies for fossil fules.” Like all things Biden FLIP FLOP.
